Training Specialist

Our office in Warsaw, Poland, is the regional Head Office for Pandora Eastern Europe (EE Cluster). From here, we manage across the region, handling our wholesale distribution as well as our owned and operated stores and e-commerce. In addition to our Warsaw office, we have local offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary supporting our business in these markets.

We are now looking for Training Specialist EEU, who will elevate selling skills, optimize operations, and deepen the understanding of the Pandora Brand, Product, and Craftsmanship across the Sales Field.  This person will support the training department in the implementation of training and development plans for store and office employees in the EEU Cluster.

Training Specialist will create training content for E-learning and training events through a blended approach.

In this role you will:

• Take care in a comprehensive manner for the e-learning platform: module validation, upload to the platform, reporting, ensuring the highest possible module executability, communication with the markets, constant technical support, leader of translation & adaptation content (globally and locally).
• Develop E-learning training content (Take care of LINK platform & Pandora Credentials administration topic (product knowledge specialist)
• Create ready-to-cascade training slides for training events
• Plan training content pipeline based on cycles and TLU
• Prepare training materials based on the needs of a given market
• Be able to translate, convert and deliver global training content/materials
• Distribute training materials among stores
• Coordinates recording of training videos & adapt them to cluster needs (e.g., OMNI services)
• Support the team in their daily duties
• Take part in company activities, delegations, business trips with providing needed content according to current brand expectations (in the ridges of the entire Cluster).

You are the perfect match, if you have:

• Knowledge of Retail industry and current trends on dedicated markets
• Min. 1 year of experience in similar position/performing related duties
• Having knowledge about training industry
• Fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection
• University/studies graduation (min. bachelor's degree required)
• Advanced ability/fluent English (verbal and written knowledge) and Polish
• Complex mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Tems, Outlook programmes

• Communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical mind and attention to detail
• Appetite for continuous improvement
• Time management and planning skill, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and visionary
