As an E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising Specialist (Content & SEO focus), you will play a pivotal role in our Eastern Europe eCommerce team. You will manage and optimise web content and onsite SEO for 2–3 Eastern Europe markets, ensuring a seamless, engaging online experience that drives traffic and conversion. Using Pandora’s key digital systems - including Amplience, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, inRiver PIM and Jira - you will ensure all content is locally relevant, brand‑aligned, and optimized for search and performance. You will act as the local Amplience CMS expert, running content AB tests, and execute a content strategy aligned with trading and marketing plans. You will collaborate with global digital teams and SEO agencies, champion best practices in content localisation and SEO, and support testing and rollout of new features to continuously improve the customer journey across the EE cluster.

 

Your Responsibilities: 
· Website Content Management – Manage and update all on-site content (e.g. homepage banners, landing pages, product listing page content) in line with the commercial calendar and brand guidelines. Ensure timely launch of campaigns, promotions, and new product content across the assigned sites. Amplience (Content CMS), Jira 
· Content Planning & Governance – Develop and maintain a content calendar for local markets, aligning with global campaigns and local events. Serve as the content governance lead, ensuring consistency with Pandora’s brand playbook and content guidelines.
· Localisation & Translation – Coordinate local content creation and translation efforts for your markets. Work with translation tools/agencies (e.g. LanguageWire) to translate and proofread site content for local languages. Ensure product names, descriptions, and other text in the Product Information Management (PIM) system are accurate and optimised for local context.LanguageWire (translations), inRiver PIM (product details)
· SEO Optimisation – Lead on-site SEO initiatives for your markets: collaborate with our SEO agency (e.g. iProspect) and global SEO team to identify improvements. Implement SEO recommendations by updating content in Amplience
· A/B Testing – Use web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square) to monitor content performance and user engagement (e.g. click-through rates, bounce rate, time on page). Conduct A/B tests on content changes (layouts, banners, messaging) to improve conversion and user experience, and implement data-driven enhancements to the site together with optimization and personalization specialist
· Analyze and report on content-driven KPIs (e.g. SEO traffic, conversion impact of content updates) and prepare post-campaign or post-mortem reports with actionable insights. Adobe Analytics, Content Square, A/B testing tools (e.g. Monetate) together with Analysts 
· Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with trade/merchandising specialists, marketing teams, and eCommerce operations to ensure content aligns with product launches, stock availability, and promotional activities. Partner with global Digital Experience (DX) teams and local marketing counterparts to share best practices, coordinate on campaigns, and adapt global content to local market needs. Act as the point of contact for content-related communication with global teams and the SEO agency, ensuring local requirements and feedback are represented
· User Experience & New Initiatives – Champion a user-centric approach to content: identify opportunities to enhance on-site UX through better content placement, navigation, and clarity. Support the rollout of new site features and digital projects (e.g. new loyalty programme content, FAQs, or tools like reviews/UGC modules) by ensuring content and messaging are ready for these initiatives. Test new functionalities (UAT for content releases) and work with IT/Development teams to resolve content-related issues 

 

Craft your career with us if you have: 
· Min. 2 years of experience in eCommerce content management, site merchandising, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or consumer goods. 
· Fluency in English and Polish.
· Content Management Skills: Hands‑on experience with CMS (ideally Amplience or similar) ensuring accurate and timely updates of website content (images, copy, pages) is essential; familiarity with PIM systems such as inRiver for managing product information is a strong advantage.
· SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of eCommerce SEO with hands‑on on‑page optimizations (meta tags, redirects, site search). Familiar with SEO tools and agency collaboration; experience with search‑optimization platforms is a plus.
· Analytics & Optimisation: Proficiency in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square or similar) to interpret site performance and user behaviour data. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation of website content or user experience is highly desirable. 
· Technical & Platform Familiarity: Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) Business Manager is a plus, experience with eCommerce tools like JIRA for workload/issue tracking and collaboration is nice to have. 
· Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills – able to handle multiple content updates and projects across different markets. 
· Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
· Creative flair for content coupled with an analytical approach to problem-solving is ideal.
