Senior Specialist, Project Management RTR

Senior Specialist, Project Management RtR EMEA will ensure successful completion of RtR projects, meet all key milestones within the schedule, cost and scope. You will ensure effective stakeholders’ engagement including Project Managers and GPOs. As Senior Specialist, Project Management RtR you
will ensure support and control of RTR project management activities to establish effective project communication plans and provide quality and excellence in project delivery.
In this role you will:
- Support the global finance organization in identifying and prioritizing RtR improvement initiatives
- Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Break projects into manageable tasks and assist in scheduling resources
- Track project progress, communicate status, and address issues with the Project Manager
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, preparing necessary materials
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and measure performance using appropriate tools
- Gathering business (RtR teams) needs and answering them trough projects
You're a perfect match if you have:
- Experience in project management, knowledge of project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2 and other – preferably PM certificate
- Experience with project management software, preferably JIRA and Confluence
- Accounting and RTR process understanding
- Experience in independently coordinating and managing stakeholders to drive project progress
- Understanding of retail operations and how sales and finance workflows function within these processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, preferably Power BI knowledge.
- Understanding of how system integrations work, including challenges such as data standardization, transformation, and handling discrepancies
- Preferably S/4HANA knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of RtR processes within a hybrid company operating in retail, e-commerce and wholesale is a big advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Experience in change management would be a plus
- Proactive and ‘can do’ approach, active listener
- Highly motivated and independent
