Senior Specialist, GBS Transformation & Enabling Services

You will take ownership of defined SAP rollout subprocesses and workstreams across GBS, ensuring structured planning, high-quality execution and effective stakeholder coordination within assigned scope.
You will be accountable for driving readiness, tracking progress, resolving operational dependencies and escalating risks within your scope, with increasing responsibility for leading specific subprocesses end-to-end as the rollout portfolio evolves.
- Rollout coordination across Compass phases:
Take ownership of assigned rollout subprocesses across Design, Build/UAT, Cutover and Hypercare phases, ensuring clear plans, milestones, risks and dependencies are managed within scope,
Drive day-to-day execution of selected deliverables with limited supervision, ensuring timely follow-up, quality of outputs and readiness for key decision points. - Stakeholder engagement & communication:
Act as primary point of contact for selected stakeholder groups, including end users, testers, process teams and operational teams, within assigned rollout scope,
Closely collaborate with OCM and all Implementation Managers, ensuring messages, distribution lists and stakeholder inputs are accurate and relevant. - Change, training & adoption readiness:
Drive engagement of super users and end users in UAT and cutover readiness activities,
Support planning iof training sessions and track completion, feedback and learning needs. - Cutover & operational readiness:
Drive business alignment to the cutover plan by helping operational teams understand upcoming activities, resource impacts, and execution expectations,
Monitor execution readiness across business teams, capturing feedback, risks, and support needs throughout cutover and early hypercare. - Governance, reporting & documentation:
Own selected governance routines, trackers, action logs and status updates, ensuring data accuracy, transparency and timely escalation of risks and decisions,
Prepare clear reporting inputs, meeting materials and decision-support documents for Implementation Manager and leadership forums. - Continuous improvement & IM capability building:
Identify inefficiencies in rollout ways of working and independently propose improvements to templates, governance routines and coordination practices,
Contribute to scalable Implementation Management practices by documenting reusable approaches and embedding lessons learned into future waves,
Deliver assigned rollout milestones on time, with agreed deliverables completed to the expected quality,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date readiness plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and meeting materials,
Proactively identify, track, and drive resolution of dependencies, actions, risks, and issues, escalating blockers when required,
Build and maintain strong engagement with super users, testers, and operational teams throughout the rollout lifecycle.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance, Business or IT,
- 3–5 years of experience in a GBS/SSC environment,
- Fluent Polish and English language skills,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, preffered knowledge of JIRA, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or similar ERP system,
- Previous exposure to projects, process improvements, transformations or implementations is welcome,
- Interest in developing project management competencies and taking ownership of assigned initiatives,
- ERP/SAP implementation experience will be an advantage,
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Strong organizational and coordination skills,
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business,
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned activities,
- Interest in transformation, process improvement and project-related initiatives, eagerness to develop project management capabilities and grow within a transformation environment,
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, international setting.
