As a Market Place & Digital Partners Specialist, you will play a key role in the Eastern Europe eCommerce team, supporting the development and optimization of Pandora’s presence across digital partners, multibrand platforms, and marketplaces. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing collaboration with selected partners, ensuring consistent brand experience, strong operational execution, and performance growth across the EE cluster.
Working with a variety of digital platforms and tools, you will ensure that partner-facing content, campaigns, and product visibility are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. You will combine a strong operational mindset with analytical thinking, using data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements across the partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will coordinate launches, campaigns, and content updates across multiple partners, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will support the implementation of best practices in digital partner management, contribute to ongoing optimization initiatives, and help ensure a seamless and premium online customer experience across all partner platforms.
As a key support to the Digital Partners function, you will also contribute to the expansion and continuous improvement of Pandora’s marketplace and multibrand presence, helping to scale processes, improve reporting, and strengthen our position across external digital channels.
You will be responsible for:
- Digital Partner Management & Operations: Manage day-to-day relationships with digital partners (distributors and multibrand platforms), acting as the first point of contact for operational topics. Ensure smooth collaboration, timely follow-ups, and consistent execution across content, systems, and processes,
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze partner performance (e.g. sales, traffic, CVR, AOV), identify trends and improvement opportunities, and prepare regular performance updates. Support data-driven decision-making by highlighting risks, anomalies, and growth potential,
- Content & Compliance Management: Ensure that product listings, campaigns, and partner-facing content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with Pandora brand guidelines. Conduct regular compliance audits and support implementation of improvements across partner platforms,
- Marketplace & Multibrand Coordination (Launch & BAU): Coordinate onboarding and launch of new partners, including gathering requirements, preparing asset packs, and managing timelines and deliverables. Post-launch, ensure smooth BAU operations by coordinating content updates, new collections, and ongoing improvements,
- Campaign & Asset Management: Coordinate the execution of campaigns across digital partners and marketplaces, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with commercial calendars. Monitor campaign readiness and follow up on deliverables across internal teams and external partners,
- Marketplace Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external marketplace agency to ensure effective campaign execution and performance tracking. Participate in regular alignment calls, monitor delivery of agreed actions, and review agency reports to identify optimization opportunities,
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Retail, and IT teams to ensure alignment across product launches, campaigns, and operational processes. Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent communication and execution,
- Process Improvement & Tools Development: Support the development and implementation of scalable processes and tools to improve efficiency and control (e.g. campaign trackers, reporting models, asset management workflows). Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across partners,
- Customer Experience & Brand Consistency: Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience across all partner platforms by maintaining high standards of content quality, brand presentation, and product visibility. Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and support their implementation.

- Education & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, digital partnerships, or online operations, ideally in retail or consumer goods. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is preferred,
- Fluency in English and Polish – verbally and written,
- Partner & Marketplace Management: Experience working with digital partners, distributors, or marketplace platforms. Strong understanding of how external platforms operate (e.g. product listings, campaigns, performance drivers) and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively,
- Analytical Skills & Performance Monitoring: Strong ability to analyze performance data (e.g. sales, traffic, conversion, AOV) and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting tools or partner dashboards are highly valuable,
- Content & Brand Understanding: Solid understanding of digital content management in eCommerce, including product data, imagery, and brand presentation across external platforms. Ability to ensure content consistency and support compliance with brand guidelines across partners,
- Technical & Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems and tools (e.g. partner platforms, reporting tools, PIM systems, CMS or similar solutions). Experience working with tracking tools (e.g. Excel-based trackers, Jira or similar) is an advantage,
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams (Marketing, Content, CX, IT, Retail) and external partners. Comfortable operating in an international environment and managing multiple stakeholders,
- Soft Skills & Mindset: High level of attention to detail, organization, and ownership in managing multiple projects and partners simultaneously. Proactive, solution-oriented, and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
