At Pandora, we are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Manager, Leasing EE who will play a key role in developing and optimizing our store network across Central and Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of the world's largest jewelry brand by identifying new opportunities, negotiating attractive commercial terms, and building strong partnerships across the real estate landscape. 


What will be your key responsibilities?


As Manager, Leasing EE, you will be responsible for developing and executing Pandora's retail network strategy across the EE region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth and maximize portfolio performance.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing leasing activities across the existing and future store portfolio in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Identifying and securing the best retail locations to support Pandora's expansion strategy.Negotiating new lease agreements, lease renewals, and commercial terms with landlords.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with developers, landlords, and key external partners.
  • Supporting wholesale (WHL) network development, including new openings, relocations, closures, and refits.
  • Preparing investment cases and presenting business recommendations to senior stakeholders.Conducting market analysis and evaluating retail opportunities across the region.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Retail Operations, and Store Design teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supporting M&A activities related to acquisitions and store takeovers.
  • Managing and updating lease databases, network roadmaps, and portfolio documentation.
  • Traveling across the region to assess retail locations and monitor market developments.


What are we looking for?


We are looking for a strong negotiator and business partner who combines commercial acumen with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of retail real estate.


You will likely bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or retail network development (experience in the Romanian and/or Hungarian markets will be considered a strong advantage).
  • Strong experience in lease negotiations and contract management.
  • Solid understanding of retail economics, including ROI analysis, payback calculations, and store P&L.
  • Knowledge of the retail real estate market across Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Experience working within a dynamic international organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Polish communication skills (B2/C1 level or higher).
  • A valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
