We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

You will learn and support the team in:
  • Support the Treasury Operations team with day-to-day activities,
  • Help process and reconcile bank statements and banking transactions,
  • Assist with cash application and transaction posting,
  • Maintain treasury records and databases,
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel,
  • Support payment and banking query resolution,
  • Assist with documentation and administrative tasks,
  • Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

 

We’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Availability of at least 30h/week (full time availability preferred) from August 1st untill September 30th 2026,
  • English and Polish - minimum B2 level,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Accounting or financial educational background and interest in accounting processes,
  • Positive energy & can-do attitude,
  • Strong collaboration skills and very structured approach to tasks; delivery on deadlines,
  • Willingness to learn - we highly value experience in a Shared Service Centre or retail environment, but we do not require any prior professional experience.
