Intern, OTC Accounting
PANDORA Global Business Services Organization (GBS) is part of the structures of the world's largest jewelry manufacturing and sales company, whose products help millions of people around the world express their feelings every day.
Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include support with:
- Financial transactions for Pandora stores,
- Sales posting,
- Payment allocation,
- Investigating discrepancies,
- Preparing data for other team members,
- Managing the general mailbox,
- Participating in month-end activities.
We’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Availability of at least 30h/week (full time availability preferred) from August 1st untill November 30th 2026,
- English and Polish - minimum B2 level,
- At least basic knowledge of MS Excel,
- Accounting or financial educational background and interest in accounting processes
- Positive energy & can-do attitude,
- Strong collaboration skills and very structured approach to tasks; delivery on deadlines
- Willingness to learn - we highly value experience in a Shared Service Centre or retail environment, but we do not require any prior professional experience.
