HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join PANDORA’s Digital & Technology Hub in Warsaw on a temporary, 6‑month agency assignment in the position of Specialist, HR Business Partnering. In this role you will act as a trusted HR partner to D&T leaders and employees in Poland, supporting business performance through strong people practices. The role focuses on providing practical, proactive HR guidance while ensuring alignment with global HR strategies, policies, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership & Leadership Support
• Act as the main HR point of contact for D&T leaders and employees in Poland, including leaders based outside of Poland.
• Partner with Global HRD and Global HR functions to ensure alignment and effective cascade of global and local HR initiatives, policies, and decisions.
• Provide proactive HR guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach and support managers in handling sensitive matters with confidence and consistency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with employee experience.
Performance Management & Talent Development
• Support leaders throughout performance review cycles, providing guidance on feedback culture and development conversations.
• Partner with leaders on talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure consistency and fairness in performance and talent processes across D&T business unit.
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Support onboarding processes and contribute to a positive new hire experience, especially in a hybrid/global set up.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
• Support annual processes such as salary reviews, promotions, and benchmarking in alignment with global guidelines.
• Provide guidance on local benefits and act as a point of contact for benefit-related questions.
• Ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and insights (e.g. headcount, turnover, engagement indicators) to support decision making.
Expected qualifications & experience
• Min. 2 years of experience in similar roles (HR Generalist, HR Specialist), ideally within a global or matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and HR processes.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders and supporting employees across multiple HR areas.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and navigating local vs. global requirements.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders at different levels.
• Strong communication skills in English (working with international stakeholders is essential).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving, and hybrid work environment.
