Our worldclass Talent Acquisition organization is made up of thinkers, makers, and doers who ensure hiring the right talent remains at the heart of our business. The team partners closely with Retail Leadership, HR, and Centers of Excellence to deliver highquality hiring outcomes that support business performance across Owned & Operated stores, ShopinShops, and retail corporatefacing roles. 

About the role:  

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition is a role designed for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals seeking broader scope, deeper business impact, and continued career progression. The role maintains a strong core focus on talent acquisition, while expanding into the execution of onboarding and development initiatives within assigned territories. 

This position partners closely with Retail Leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning partners, and the Talent COE to ensure strong hiring outcomes, effective onboarding experiences, and alignment to learning and development programs. The role strengthens business readiness and workforce stability while maintaining clear accountability for talent management and succession ownership with HR Business Partners. 

Your Role as Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Retail): 

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, partnering with business leaders to deliver high quality, timely hiring outcomes.  

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent availability, labor market conditions, and effective hiring practices.  

  • Manage high volume, seasonal, and priority hiring needs, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.  

  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies and recruiting tools to build inclusive, qualified talent pipelines.  

  • Drive consistent, unbiased assessment and selection practices aligned to company standards.  

  • Partner with Compensation and HR to support offer processes and ensure competitiveness and equity.  

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.  

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience and support implementation of enhancements 

  • Own new hire onboarding execution, ensuring a consistent and effective experience aligned to global onboarding standards and local needs.  

  • Act as a connector between Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and development efforts to ensure alignment and follow through in the field.  

  • Provide insights and feedback to HR and COEs on onboarding effectiveness, early tenure trends, and learning adoption.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.  

  • 6+ years of in house Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on high volume retail hiring.  

  • Demonstrated experience hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and retail leadership roles.  

  • Experience working within a global retail organization preferred 

  • Proven ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.  

  • Strong capability managing high volume requisition loads (20–30 concurrent roles) while meeting time to fill expectations.  

  • Expertise across diverse sourcing strategies, negotiation, and offer management.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.  

  • Deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.  

  • Solid understanding of local and national employment laws and compliance requirements.  

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast paced environments  

  • Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality  

  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM CP) a plus.

Los Angeles Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience
