About the Role

As Retail Training Specialist – Singapore, you will be responsible for driving learning and capability development across our Singapore retail teams.

This is a hands-on retail training role with a strong field focus, combining training delivery, in-store coaching and development of local learning initiatives. Working closely with Sales Management, Store Managers and retail teams, you will translate retail and capability needs into relevant learning actions and help ensure learning is effectively applied and sustained on the sales floor.

You will lead the local activation of Global and Asia learning programmes while identifying and responding to evolving Singapore-specific capability needs. Through regular field presence, coaching and close partnership with retail leaders, you will help embed learning in stores, support ongoing team development and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and retail performance.

The role reports to the Sales Training Manager, Asia Cluster.

You will foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture, embedding Pandora’s core values—Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver—in everything we do.

What You Will Do

As the Retail Training Specialist – Singapore, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Local Initiatives: Identify local capability needs and develop and drive Singapore-specific learning initiatives through implementation and evaluation, in alignment with business priorities and Asia Training direction
  • Coach in the Field: Maintain a strong and regular field presence to observe customer interactions and selling behaviours, provide practical coaching and feedback, and strengthen the consistent application of learning on the sales floor
  • Enable Store Managers: Partner with Store Managers to further develop their coaching capability, supporting them to effectively observe behaviours, provide feedback, coach and continuously develop their teams
  • Partner with Retail: Build strong partnerships with Sales Management, Store Managers, Retail Operations and the wider Asia Training team to align priorities, support effective execution and share timely market and capability insights
  • Turn Insights into Action: Use field observations, customer experience and mystery shopping insights, stakeholder feedback and relevant business indicators to identify capability opportunities and inform targeted learning and coaching actions
  • Evaluate Learning Impact: Follow through on learning interventions to assess application and behavioural change, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously strengthen learning effectiveness
  • Elevate Best Practices: Identify and amplify effective retail practices across Singapore and contribute relevant market insights and learnings to broader Asia Cluster learning and capability development

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on retail learning professional who combines strong facilitation and coaching capability with commercial awareness, field credibility and the ability to take ownership of local capability development.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail training, learning and development, field coaching, retail operations or multi-store retail leadership
  • Experience within luxury, premium retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty or another high-touch customer-focused retail environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience and selling behaviours, with the ability to translate business and capability needs into practical learning and coaching actions
