About the role

The SPDE and Facility Maintenance Assistant provides planning, project management and financial oversight in store construction projects while maintaining the global brand identity and delivering the Pandora shopping experience.

 

Manages daily maintenance and projects to deliver on time and under budget. Continuously implements and protects the global brand identity.  This position is accountable for managing competence and driving accountability in the project methodology by ultimately adhering to and implementing Pandora standards.

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Manages and monitors project schedules within budget guidelines for company owned and operated stores
  • Manages all punch lists and risks assessments
  • Manages the maintenance for existing stores and construction phase of assigned projects
  • Monitors and evaluates vendor performance during construction phase
  • Maintain established construction schedules to allow complete the maintenance work and projects on time
  • Works closely with Pandora Global Team to understand and implement current global design initiatives
  • Maintains master database and all certifications updated
  • Prepare and analyse the information to executive reports
  • Manages ticketing process (Project Space) for assigned projects
  • Manages procurement bid process for company owned stores
  • Ensures that Department Manager’s initiatives are implemented across department through project coordinators
  • Having oversight and work directly with all aspects of facility operations related to issues that include the day-to-day operations of the facilities(s), vendor relationship, maintenance of the stores, grounds, custodial services, electrical, HVAC, safety, and miscellaneous tasks as necessary
  • Position will focus mostly on Singapore market but may also assist Manager to manage other owner-operations markets
  • Any other relevant duties assigned by Hiring Manager

 

What are we looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in property management or engineering or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Retail experience required in design and construction
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction processes
  • Retail project and facility maintenance experience
  • Relevant computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel. AutoCAD would be advantageous
  • Good stakeholders management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, organized, team player and meticulous
