We are now looking for a dedicated eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Prague. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the eCommerce Operations Team Lead to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient daily fulfilment operations. You will support and coach the frontline fulfilment team, safeguard operational excellence, and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities within the eCommerce fulfilment center to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
- Perform and support hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and handling returns.
- Coordinate and guide daily workflows for the pick & pack team and the Customer Service Assistant.
- Ensure all customer orders meet SLA targets and contribute to an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Train, motivate, and develop the fulfilment team to achieve productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Maintain merchandise handling standards, replenishment accuracy, inventory control, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service KPIs.
- Collaborate with delivery carriers, managing performance and resolving issues to improve delivery quality.
- Support operational reporting, demand planning, compliance activities, and continuous process improvements.
- Confidently use English in daily business communication.

- Bring 1–2 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, or logistics.
- Are a strong communicator with excellent command of Czech and English.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
