Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Specialist, Logistics & Planning in Panama City, Panama.
Main purpose of the role:
The Specialist, Logistics & Planning own end-to-end visibility of LATAM logistics performance, enabling data-driven decision making, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement across supply chain flows (B2C, retail, and direct shipments).
1. Operational Visibility & Reporting
- Own and maintain logistics performance dashboards and tracking tools (e.g. shipment trackers, KPI reporting)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Provide structured insights on performance trends, risks, and deviations
- Improve reporting frameworks to enhance visibility across LATAM operations
2. Execution Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Monitor end-to-end order flow across LATAM (imports, retail distribution, B2C flows)
- Support escalation management (lost shipments, delays, customs issues)
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of operational issues
3. Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support execution of regional logistics initiatives (e.g. Direct Shipment, B2C carrier implementation, POSM flows)
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement actions
- Drive standardization of processes and reporting across markets
- Support implementation of new tools, trackers, and reporting structures
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Security, Market teams)
- Support vendor performance tracking (3PLs, carriers, courier partners)
- nsure alignment on SLAs, communication flows, and issue resolution processes
- Act as a point of coordination between regional and local stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities
- High level of accountability, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and escalations
- Structured and organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution orientation
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality
- Continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance operational visibility
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, data modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience working with large datasets and data extraction from multiple systems
- Familiarity with logistics tracking tools, shipment visibility platforms, and reporting frameworks
- Fluent English
