Senior Manager, Trade & E-commerce Merchandising & Web Content

Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Senior Manager, Trade & E-commerce Merchandising & Web Content in Panama City, Panama.
Main purpose of the role:
Lead the commercial trading strategy and web merchandising function across the e-commerce business, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and conversion optimization. The role is responsible for defining and executing the digital trading roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, customer insights, and brand strategy.
- Own the overall e-commerce trading strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly commercial plans, promotional calendars, and trading initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvements in conversion, average order value, customer retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on customer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and business performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Retail teams to maximize commercial performance.
- Develop and monitor pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee web merchandising, site search, navigation, category optimization, and product discoverability.
- Ensure flawless execution of major campaigns, product launches, and peak trading events.
- Drive omnichannel initiatives that enhance the customer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
- Lead customer experience improvements based on analytics, VOC data, and NPS insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and third-party vendors.
- Sponsor testing and innovation initiatives, including personalization, AI-driven recommendations, and new digital capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership regarding digital commerce opportunities and risks.
Craft your career with us if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics or related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Omnichannel Retail, or Digital Trading.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
- Strong experience in digital merchandising, performance analytics, commercial planning, and online trading.
- Experience within retail, fashion, luxury, consumer goods, or FMCG organizations.
- Experience working in multinational and regional environments.
- Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
