Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Senior Manager LATAM, Brand Management in Panama City, Panama.

 

Main purpose of the role:

 

Senior Manager LATAM, Brand Management leads the development and execution of the regional brand strategy for Pandora across Latin America, with a focus on creating, scaling, and optimizing brand plans that drive consumer engagement, market growth, and profitable performance.

This role acts as the strategic bridge between global brand direction, regional commercial priorities, and local market realities. The Senior Manager oversees a team responsible for brand planning, campaign execution, product launch readiness, and post‑campaign analysis across multiple markets.

As a senior leader, this role ensures brand coherence, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across all consumer touchpoints, working closely with Retail, VM, E‑commerce, Media, and Commercial teams.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Regional Brand Strategy & Planning

 

•    Lead the creation of annual and seasonal regional brand strategies aligned with commercial priorities, consumer insights, and market opportunities.
•    Translate global brand direction into relevant and impactful regional strategies for LATAM.
•    Oversee the development and approval of country‑level brand plans, ensuring consistency while adapting to market maturity, performance needs, and growth potential.
•    Drive cross‑functional alignment with Retail, E‑commerce, CRM, Media, GTM, and Commercial Leadership.

 

Campaign Leadership & Regional Execution

 

•    Oversee the regional rollout of global and LATAM campaigns, ensuring flawless planning, adaptation, and execution across markets.
•    Ensure all campaign assets, messaging, and guidelines are correctly localized while maintaining brand integrity.
•    Supervise timelines, deliverables, and execution readiness across multiple countries simultaneously.
•    Optimize media, channel mix, and touchpoint strategy in collaboration with regional agencies.

 

Product Launches & Seasonal Moments

 

•    Lead end‑to‑end readiness for product launches and high‑impact seasonal moments across the region.
•    Ensure cross‑functional teams are fully prepared with assets, materials, messaging, and in‑market execution plans.
•    Strengthen collaboration with Global Brand Offices, ensuring LATAM needs are reflected in global planning cycles.

 

Detail, VM & Omnichannel Brand Experience

 

•    Partner closely with Retail and VM leaders to guarantee strong, consistent in‑store brand expression.
•    Support E‑commerce in developing unified digital brand experiences, ensuring consistency across website, CRM, and paid media.
•    Monitor brand experience quality and drive continuous improvement across physical and digital channels.


Performance, Insights & Post‑Campaign Evaluation

 

•    Lead the post‑campaign evaluation framework for the region, ensuring clear performance assessment, insights, and actionable recommendations.
•    Distill insights from sell‑in/sell‑out data, consumer feedback, and market execution to improve future brand strategies.
•    Present structured wrap‑up reports to LATAM Marketing Leadership and commercial stakeholders.

 

Stakeholder & Market Leadership

 

•    Act as the primary strategic partner for local market marketing teams across LATAM.
•    Guide, mentor, and support country teams to elevate brand execution and marketing capabilities.
•    Manage relationships with media, creative, and retail agencies at the regional level.
•    Key stakeholder with Global Marketing organization, leading all strategic alignment market plans and Go to Market activities

 

Budget Management & Operational Excellence

 

•    Oversee brand budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
•    Ensure efficient investment of brand funds while maximizing impact and ROI.
•    Implement regional processes, documentation, and best‑practice sharing.

 

What We Are Looking For: 

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant field. Master’s degree preferred

•    8 –10 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields
•    Regional LATAM experience required
•    Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle strongly preferred
•    Demonstrated leadership of teams and cross‑functional environments
•    Proven track record managing complex brand campaigns and multi‑market operations
•    Languages: Spanish: Fluent / English: Advanced / Portuguese is a plus 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), brand dashboards, and marketing tools

•    Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence
•    Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Analytical and insight‑driven decision‑making
•    Ability to manage multiple markets, priorities, and deadlines
•    High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills
•    Comfortable working across cultures and matrix structures
•    Team leadership, coaching, and talent development
