Pandora is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Pandora HR LATAM team in Panama City, Panama.
Main purpose of the role:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
- Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of quality talent.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Update and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to accurately track hiring processes and candidate records.
- Support the preparation and updating of Talent Acquisition reports for LATAM and Global teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Advanced English
