We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented  Operations Assistant to join our Ecommerce warehouse Operations team in Oslo. This fulfilment‑focused position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Working with delicate jewellery items, you will help maintain a high standard of order accuracy and uphold exceptional service throughout the fulfilment process.

Working Hours: 5 days per week, scheduled across Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster.
20 hours/ week with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

We DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high level of precision
• Conduct quality checks on jewellery items prior to shipment
• Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software
• Label, package, and prepare parcels for courier dispatch following company guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory
• Support stock replenishment and participate in regular inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all health, safety, and security protocols, particularly when handling valuable items
• Collaborate and assist with Customer Service when needed
• Process returns in line with company procedures
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management
