We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Trade Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Management, you will bring campaigns to life across retail, digital, CRM, paid media, PR and e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless execution and strong commercial results.

From product launches and key trading moments to local area marketing initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging customer experiences that drive brand growth and business performance.

 

Your Role as a Manager, Trade Marketing

Campaign Planning & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned and retail channels.
  • Manage the annual trading calendar, campaign roadmap and go-to-market plans for key launches and commercial moments.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines and channel plans to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive channel readiness and alignment across all campaign activations.

Brand Leadership & Localisation

  • Act as the key point of contact for campaign creative and brand content management.
  • Translate global campaigns and toolkits into locally relevant ANZ executions.
  • Identify content opportunities and partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver impactful assets.
  • Support the delivery of local brand objectives and best-in-class brand experiences.

Trade Marketing & Commercial Planning

  • Lead Gift With Purchase (GWP) and promotional marketing programs, partnering with Merchandising to develop compelling customer offers.
  • Optimise the annual promotional calendar to maximise commercial performance.
  • Drive trade marketing plans for key trading periods including Mother's Day, Christmas and other priority campaigns.
  • Partner with Retail, Merchandising and e-Commerce teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and business objectives.
  • Use consumer insights, category trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations.

E-Commerce & Product Storytelling

  • Partner with e-Commerce teams to optimise collection launches and product storytelling online.
  • Support the development of collection landing pages, product bundling opportunities and customer journey enhancements.
  • Drive campaigns that increase customer engagement, conversion and basket size.

Partnerships & Commercial Activations

  • Lead the local execution of commercial partnerships and global franchise activations.
  • Deliver campaigns across key partnership moments, engraving initiatives and personalisation programs that drive relevance and incremental sales.

Local Area Marketing & Network Projects

  • Manage the delivery of Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaigns and network marketing initiatives across the retail network.
  • Develop effective workflows for briefs, approvals, creative development and asset distribution.
  • Partner with Regional teams and Retail Operations to create locally relevant marketing initiatives that support store performance.
  • Support new store openings, relocations and refurbishments through integrated marketing plans and launch activity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Retail, VM, CRM, PR, Paid Media and e-Commerce channels.

Continuous Improvement & Insights

  • Lead post-campaign reviews and facilitate actionable learnings to improve future performance.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish clear KPIs and campaign measurement frameworks to track success and drive continuous improvement.

 

You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in trade marketing, brand marketing or integrated campaign management.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns within retail, consumer or omnichannel environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how marketing drives business performance.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to turn strategy into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
