As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced Assortment Planner to join our Merchandise team and play a key role in shaping the product assortment that our customers see in stores and online.

Reporting to the Assortment Planning Manager, this role sits at the centre of product strategy, forecasting and commercial decision-making. If you love combining commercial thinking, product strategy and data-driven decision making, this could be the perfect next step in your merchandising career.

  • Manage product lifecycle decisions, including newness, core assortment and exit strategies
  • Ensure local product data and assortment information is maintained and optimised

Drive Forecasting and Commercial Performance

  • Analyse product performance and identify opportunities, risks and gaps to plan

  • Partner with Merchandise Financial Planning and Global teams to recommend corrective actions

Lead New Product Planning

  • Develop ANZ recommendations for new product buys and local product needs
  • Partner with Global teams to influence newness selections for the market
  • Recommend unit buys within agreed financial plans and open-to-buy frameworks

Support Wholesale & Partner Channels

  • Develop product recommendations and assortment packages for wholesale partners
  • Monitor performance and refine future recommendations based on sales outcomes
  • Ensure pricing and product strategies support strong commercial performance

Analyse, Influence and Collaborate

  • Lead weekly product performance reviews and seasonal hindsight analysis
  • Translate customer trends, competitor activity and category performance into actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with Marketing, VM, Sales, Wholesale and Global Merchandising to align product priorities and execution plans
  • Act as the ANZ voice of product within the broader Pandora organisation

  • Strong forecasting, analysis and range planning capability
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with large datasets
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior audiences
