About the Team:
The North America Ecommerce team at Pandora drives online commercial performance by delivering a seamless, optimized, and customer‑centric digital experience across the US and Canadian markets. Working cross‑functionally with Global Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, Operations, and Technology teams, the group translates global strategies, platforms, and initiatives into locally relevant, high‑impact onsite execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong ecommerce merchandising expertise, a data‑driven mindset, and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class digital retail experiences in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
The Ecommerce Trading and Web Merchandising Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the onsite experience. The role owns end-to-end category strategy, execution and optimization, while also serving as a subject matter expert for assigned key areas of the customer journey. The Specialist turns category strategies, campaign plans, and commercial priorities into precise onsite merchandising actions. By leveraging data, consumer insights, and experimentation, the Ecommerce Trading and Web Merchandising Specialist continuously optimizes navigation, search, product presentation, promotional execution, and supports global releases to drive growth and enhance the customer journey.
Your Role as a Specialist, Ecomerce Trading + Web Merchandising
- Own onsite trading and merchandising strategy and execution across assigned categories, with accountability for execution quality, category presentation, and customer experience within scope
- Execute merchandising updates, campaign activations, and promotional changes in line with the commercial calendar and business priorities
- Translate category and campaign strategies into effective onsite execution across navigation, search, product ordering, and promotional placements
- Maintain high standards of excellence and consistency across assigned categories, ensuring a seamless and customer-first experience
- Own standard reporting and monitor performance across assigned categories, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across key KPIs
- Leverage data driven insights to identify high-impact opportunities and recommend strategic actions that directly influence revenue and customer experience.
- Continuously assess the onsite experience across assigned categories, identifying opportunities to improve navigation, search, product discoverability, and conversion
- Partner cross-functionally with Global Ecommerce, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver aligned execution across assigned categories
- Represent category execution needs by sharing performance insights, status updates, and requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned categories, ensuring strong coordination and follow-through across stakeholders
Craft your career with us if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, site merchandising, category management, or related digital roles
- Strong ecommerce merchandising expertise, with the ability to own day‑to‑day onsite execution and performance across assigned categories
- Ability to analyze performance data and contribute actionable insights and recommendations to support category performance
- Strong understanding of onsite merchandising principles, including navigation, taxonomy, product presentation, and customer experience best practices
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and onsite tools such as Bloomreach or similar search and sorting solutions
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar BI platforms
- Experience supporting optimization and testing initiatives, including A/B testing, personalization, or onsite improvements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, merchandising, and operations teams
- Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to use data and customer insights to inform day-to-day actions
- Experience with tools such as JIRA or similar workflow/ticketing systems preferred
- Basic technical understanding (e.g. HTML, CSS, XML) preferred

New York Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
