About the Team:

In this role you will support the design and delivery of development experiences that strengthen leadership capability and support growth across the associate lifecycle.

 

As a Talent Specialist, you will work as part of an integrated Talent team focused on building readiness, accelerating development, and reinforcing Pandora’s culture and leadership expectations through practical and scalable learning experiences. You will partner closely with HR, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to support meaningful talent experiences across retail and office populations.

 

Your Role as Specialist, Talent:

 

The Talent Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent and development experiences across NAM. Working within an integrated Talent team model, this role partners closely with the Director, Talent, Talent Manager, HR, and field leadership to deliver practical, scalable development solutions that strengthen leadership capability and support business priorities.

 

Talent Specialists may operate with a primary focus in readiness and acceleration or enablement and capability depending on business need and team structure. Responsibilities may include onboarding, leadership development, capability-building programs, learning systems, content development, and learning delivery across in-person, virtual, and digital formats.

 

The Talent Specialist plays a key role in translating development priorities into meaningful experiences that improve readiness, strengthen capability, and reinforce Pandora’s culture and leadership expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership and development experiences across multiple formats
  • Translate identified capability gaps into practical learning solutions
  • Create and maintain engaging learning materials and resources
  • Support digital learning experiences within learning platforms and systems (including LMS)
  • Ensure learning content reflects current business priorities and leadership expectations
  • Partner cross-functionally to support development initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Facilitate or support leadership development programs, workshops, and key learning experiences with consistency and quality
  • Gather field insight, feedback, and performance trends to continuously improve development effectiveness and learner experience
  • Reinforce Pandora’s culture, values, and leadership expectations through development experiences and learning interactions
  • Support leadership readiness and development for key roles through onboarding, acceleration, and capability-building experiences aligned to business needs
  • Design and facilitate capability-building experiences for leadership meetings, conferences, and large-scale learning events
  • Operate with clear ownership of assigned development initiatives while partnering across the broader Talent team to ensure connected and consistent talent experiences

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related HR functions
  • Experience designing and facilitating development experiences across virtual, in-person, and digital formats
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or field-based organization preferred
  • Understanding of leadership development, capability building, and adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with talent practices including development, assessment, career growth, and inclusion and belonging
  • Experience managing projects and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with learning platforms and systems preferred
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build engaging learning experiences and materials
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building capability
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Commercial mindset with preference for data-informed decision making
  • Ability to connect development work to business priorities
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning technologies/platforms
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus

New York Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
