About the Team:
The Sales Operations & Planning team plays a critical role in supporting Pandora's retail fleet across North America by driving operational excellence, technology innovation, and process improvement. This team serves as a key link between store teams and corporate functions, ensuring that systems, tools, and processes enable a seamless experience for both employees and fans.
Working closely with Retail Operations, Digital & Technology, OMNI, Field Leadership, and Global partners, the team leads technology initiatives, pilots new solutions, and identifies opportunities to simplify operations and enhance store performance. Through collaboration, data-driven insights, and a test-and-learn mindset, the team helps bring scalable solutions to life across the business.
About the role:
The Sales Operations Specialist - Retail Systems - will lead and sometimes define the initiatives to improve the experience of store employees on the point-of-sale, mobile devices, and other software and hardware technologies used by the store teams. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, a deep understanding of store operations, and project management skills.
Physical presence in our stores, establishing relationships with store leaders, and collaborating closely with Retail Operations teams will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities include organizing project plans and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure systems projects are rolled out effectively. This role enhances the quality of the delivery of new technologies to the stores. This will increase adoption rates and ensure the project benefits are achieved within the intended timeframes.
Your Role as Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Retail):
- Provide technological support for key store systems, including but not limited to:
- Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS)
- Core store system (POS and Inventory Management) – KWI
- ShopperTrak
- Store Tech Hardware
- Key liaison to Digital & Technology for:
- Internet Speed/Performance
- Phone Systems
- TCS (IT helpdesk)
- Charmfind Utilization
- Fleet Readiness
- Hardware Rightsizing
- All Store Tech
- Lead the technology workstream of all store process improvement projects in Pandora North America.
- Partners with OMNI on all system improvements for retail.
- Lead and supports all NAM stores system pilots from planning to execution.
- Develops and leads the testing efforts of systems to ensure major defects are remediated prior to full implementation.
- Coordinate pilot programs for systems projects, ensuring learnings are captured and adjustments are made prior to implementation to all stores
- Maintain tracking of stores running digital pilots for support, future pilots store selections, and to avoid stores pilot workload overload.
- Partner with Pandora Global to provide insights into needs and priorities for
- technology in Pandora North America.
- Provide insights into project methodologies to ensure continuous process
- improvement.
- Provide monthly and quarterly fleet tech readiness analysis and actions to keep all NAM stores 95%+ ready.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of Retail Operations, Store Technology, Business Analytics, System Implementation in a retail organization.
- Demonstrates expertise in strategic programs and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational tools.
- Exceptional ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with internal project management platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Analytical skills to evaluate project execution effectiveness.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

NYC Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience
