About the Team:
The Brand Management team at Pandora North America drives the execution of brand strategy across product launches, campaigns, retail experiences, and channel-specific activations. Operating cross‑functionally with Retail in market team, Sales, Product, Creative, Retail Operations, and Visual Merchandising, the team ensures that global direction is translated into locally relevant, commercially effective executions.
Within this team, the Specialist, Brand Management – Trade will lead the brand’s approach within our wholesale environments, specifically major department store partners like Macy’s and Dillard’s, as well as Pandora’s strategic Disney business. This role translates brand strategy into channel-ready programs, ensuring that all initiatives are tailored to the realities of the wholesale retail landscape and executed flawlessly across our partner fleet. The Specialist will also lead Disney consumer activations, from in‑store events to Disney Parks programming, including special activations such as runDisney Princess Half Marathon, D23 Expo selling booths, and seasonal/brand IP‑driven moments.
The ideal candidate brings strong wholesale marketing experience, exceptional project coordination skills, and a passion for creating brand‑building consumer experiences within highly branded partner environments.
Your Role as Specialist, Brand Management – Trade:
Wholesale Trade & Retail Activation
- Lead brand activation across wholesale partners (Macy’s, Dillard’s, and others): Adapt global brand direction, seasonal campaigns, and key product priorities into channel-appropriate programs for the wholesale environment.
- Localize toolkit and campaign execution: Translate global assets into wholesale‑specific needs (signage, visuals, fixtures, training content, selling tools) to ensure consistency across diverse retail footprints.
- Manage partner‑specific campaign planning: Own the end‑to‑end execution of trade marketing programs within wholesale accounts, aligning timelines, asset delivery, and install windows.
- Ensure in-store execution excellence: Oversee visual and promotional consistency across the wholesale fleet, reviewing store photos and field feedback and resolving issues quickly with Sales, Visual Merchandising, and partners.
- Support wholesale events and marketing moments: Coordinate staffing (if needed), materials, and product readiness for table events, trunk shows, peak-season activations, and co‑led promotional moments.
Disney Business & Consumer Activation
- Lead all Disney retail activations: Translate Pandora x Disney brand direction into compelling execution within Disney Parks, Disney retail, and Disney campus environments.
- Manage special events & experiential moments:
- runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend
- D23 Expo selling booths
- Seasonal park activations and selling booths
- Character/IP‑driven product launch moments
- Coordinate logistical execution: Oversee event materials, signage, gifting, staff needs, installation, and on-site support where required.
- Partner with Disney teams: Collaborate with Disney Parks, Consumer Products, and event stakeholders to ensure all activations meet brand guidelines, licensing requirements, and experiential expectations.
Co‑Op, Wholesale Partner Marketing & Relationship Management
- Own co‑op marketing submissions & approvals for wholesale accounts outside of our Multi-brand fleet: Review and approve wholesale partner marketing spend to ensure assets align with brand direction and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate partner marketing programs: Support planning and execution of partner-led digital, print, and in‑store campaigns, ensuring consistent Pandora representation.
- Manage reporting and documentation: Maintain program trackers, budgets, approvals, placement details, and partner performance metrics.
- Communicate updates & best practices: Develop toolkits, partner communications, and training materials to help wholesale teams execute campaigns consistently and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the bridge for wholesale needs: Work closely with Brand Management, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and agencies to ensure wholesale adaptation is fully integrated into GTM planning.
- Align messaging and timing: Ensure wholesale and Disney programs launch in sync with national priorities while respecting account-specific requirements.
- Support operational readiness: Partner with vendors and internal logistics teams to manage production, shipping, and distribution of wholesale and Disney assets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure activation impact: Track KPIs such as sell‑through, traffic, event performance, guest engagement, and visual compliance.
- Create recaps & leadership updates: Develop clear visual summaries highlighting success metrics, learnings, and future recommendations.
- Maintain detailed campaign trackers: Document timelines, partner deliverables, budget usage, and activation calendars.

- Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of MS Outlook; good typing skills; knowledge of database applications a plus. Must be proficient in PowerPoint.

New York Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience
