Provide leadership for facilities maintenance, vendor management, compliance, and operational continuity across North America. You will oversee a significant facilities budget, drive preventive maintenance strategies, support sustainability initiatives, and implement solutions that improve reliability, reduce costs, and support Pandora's long-term growth objectives
Your Role as a Senior Manager, Facilities + Maintenance (Stores & Offices):
As Senior Manager, Facilities + Maintenance (Stores & Offices), you will lead facilities operations, maintenance programs, and workplace services across Pandora’s North American retail and office portfolio. You will ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and employees.
This role is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor performance, facility-related projects, and operating budgets to ensure stores and offices consistently reflect Pandora’s brand standards and support business objectives. Working closely with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and Store Operations, you will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and minimize business disruption.
The Senior Manager, Facilities + Maintenance plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity across a large multi-site portfolio through effective planning, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and issue resolution. Through strong stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decision-making, this position directly supports store performance, asset protection, employee safety, customer experience, and Pandora’s continued growth.
- Lead facilities management activities across Pandora's retail stores and office locations throughout North America.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs that maximize asset life, reduce downtime, and support business continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics to ensure consistent service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Oversee facilities operating budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support store openings, relocations, remodels, office projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate response and resolution for critical facility issues impacting store operations, customer experience, or employee safety.
- Monitor facility performance through reporting, analytics, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
- Drive sustainability, energy management, and workplace improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and environmental performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop facilities team members while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary facilities liaison with corporate office property management teams on building operations, life safety programs, emergency preparedness, and tenant communications.
- Coordinate office emergency response planning, business continuity support, fire evacuation drills, and life safety compliance activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multi-site retail, hospitality, or commercial environment.
- Experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations, regions, or a large distributed portfolio.
- Experience overseeing facilities budgets, vendor contracts, service delivery programs, and facility-related capital projects.
- Working knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and risk management.
- CFM, FMP, SFP, OSHA Safety Certification, or similar facilities-related certification preferred.
- Experience supporting retail store portfolios across the United States and Canada preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage field teams, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, prioritization, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, urgent facility issues, and service escalations in a fast-paced multi-site environment.
- Analytical and financial acumen, including budget tracking, cost control, invoice review, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency with CMMS/work order platforms, facilities management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and budget tracking tools.
- Ability to interpret contracts, service agreements, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on safe, reliable, and brand-aligned store and office environments.
- French language skills are an asset for supporting Canadian operations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned portfolio.

New York Salary: $153,000 - $192,400 commensurate with experience
