About the Team:

The Performance Media Analyst is responsible for shaping paid media strategies across various channels, by analyzing performance data and drawing strategic conclusions which are applied in partnership with the media agency. The Performance Media Analyst will also own day to day communication for specific channels with the agency, provide proactive recommendations within their channel expertise and organize performance reports. 

 

Your Role as Analyst, Performance Media – Programmatic and Search:

  • Monitor and actively optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals and support revenue growth
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to media coordinator
  • Provide expert insights on channel specific performance and industry trends collaborating with Global counterparts to ensure alignment on broader strategies
  • Serve as the main POC between NAM Media and Global Paid Media  channel team and channel agency contacts
  • Build strong relationships with Global counterparts and external partners
  • Review agency recommendations thoughtfully to ensure alignment with channel objectives collaborating with the Paid Media Manager on strategic decisions
  • Drive channel performance to meet or exceed channel goals
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to support traffic targets by providing channel specific recommendations for landing pages and optimizations
  • Drive innovation, test and learning matrix for specific paid media channels aligning to key KPI’s for NAM marketing team
  • Align with analytics team to deliver performance reports, clearly illustrating the channels contributions to the business
  • Develop creative briefs in partnership with the Brand Management team and provide channel specific recommendations
  • Champion Pandora’s brand integrity by overseeing creative assets and partner deliverables across channels
  • Ensure accuracy in media plans, data and budgets while anticipating future opportunities to keep strategies ahead
  • Serve as a cross functional partner collaborating with various departments and supporting ad hoc projects or presentations as needed to hit business objectives
  • Be a knowledgeable Pandora ambassador by fully engaging with campaigns, deeply understanding the target audience, and representing the brand with excellence both internally and externally

 

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • 5 years proven track record in managing performance media campaigns in an agency or in house brand team
  • Deep hands-on expertise in managing OLV, CTV, OTT and Programmatic channels
  • Proven ability to lead cross channel media strategies and agency execution
  • Programmatic and OLV expertise (DV360, CTV, OTT)
  • Understanding of Demand Gen platforms and audience targeting capabilities
  • Keyword bidding and bid optimization
  • Real time pacing management
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance search/bidding optimizations
  • Paid Search experience (Pmax) is a plus
  • Experience in full campaign setup and execution
  • Familiarity with campaign life cycles partnering with agency for execution
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy
  • Strong data presentation and storytelling
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Manages multiple projects with focus and detail-oriented execution

New York Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
