About the Team:

Within the North America organization, the Commercial Finance team is focused on delivering accurate insights and enabling strategic and informed decisions that drive financial results that are aligned to our long-term Pheonix strategy.

As part of this team, the Analyst, Commercial Finance will play a key role in connecting financial insight to business action, helping optimize our Owned & Operated (O&O) retail network and supporting sustainable growth through insight, efficiency, and storytelling. 

The Analyst, Commercial Finance supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to network optimization and store performance. This role combines analytical skills with business acumen to support decision-making and drive profitability across our O&O portfolio.

 

Your Role as a Analyst, Commercial Finance:  

  • Balance recurring financial reporting cycles with project-based analytical work. 
  • Partner across Finance, Real Estate, and Sales to strengthen business collaboration and drive financial understanding.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency.
  • Innovation: The Analyst is encouraged to proactively identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and insight generation. This includes leveraging technology, automation, and data visualization to drive transparency and decision-making quality.

  • Experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or strategy roles
  • Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-unit operations preferred
  • Experience in a global or matrixed environment with cross-functional collaboration

 

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting insights clearly and confidently.
  • Curious, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
