Purpose of the role

As a PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand desire and visibility within the Italian market and across the cluster. You will act as the strategic link between global guidelines and local execution, overseeing everything from high-level media relations to data-driven influencer campaigns.

Your mission is to elevate Pandora’s brand equity by managing a complex ecosystem of digital PR agencies, content creators, and journalists. By balancing creative storytelling with rigorous analytical monitoring and budget management, you will ensure that our message resonates powerfully across all earned and social media touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Advocacy Strategy: Oversee daily coordination with digital PR agencies, ensuring seamless briefing, content approvals, and a consistent flow of information.
  • Data-Driven Influencer Marketing: Scout and select creator talent using advanced analytics tools to maximize impact and reach.
  • End-to-End Operations: Manage product operations for PR activities, including inventory, seeding, and logistics for influencer activations.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of PR & Influencer events, aligning them with major campaign launches and brand equity goals.
  • Media Relations Excellence: Strengthen direct relationships with key Italian journalists and lifestyle media, handling editorial requests and proactive pitching.
  • Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Keep a pulse on social media trends and competitive activity to identify emerging talents and strategic insights.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Track performance (EMV, Reach, ER, ROI) and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and global stakeholders.
  • Corporate Communication: Implement corporate communication flows for financial results, ensuring localized media dissemination aligns with global guidelines.
  • Cluster Leadership: Guide marketing specialists in other cluster markets, ensuring PR priorities are adapted locally while maintaining global consistency.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in PR and Influencer Marketing, preferably within Agencies or Fashion, Beauty and Luxury sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Italian media landscape and proficiency with influencer tracking and media monitoring platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail in managing budgets, logistics, and multi-market coordination.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
