Specialist, HR Operations
1 month fixed term contract
Location: Madrid
As HR Operations Specialist, you will support the business objectives with our people and sustainability agenda in Spain. To this end, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures, HR reporting, Time & Attendance management, UCAGECI and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Organize and maintain personnel records on our HR ERP (SAP)
• Update internal databases (record sick or maternity leave, leave of absence, etc.)
• Manage UCAGECI
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, ensure the proper signature and archive on employee folder
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners, like payroll vendor
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Participate in HR projects

• Experience with HR software, like SAP
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excel advanced skills
• Thorough knowledge of spanish labour laws • Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active and able to show initiative with a positive and challenging style
• Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
