Fixed-term contract – 4 months (August to end of December)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team on a 4-month contract. This role is essential to support the high level of recruitment activity during the fourth quarter (Q4), with a focus on hiring, candidate management, and event support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 
Your Responsibilities

 

Q4 Recruitment Support

  • Screen CVs for retail stores based on local priorities
  • Collaborate with retail teams to ensure smooth communication regarding open positions
  • Track filled roles and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities
  • Update the People Portal and support the HR administration team if needed

 

Job Dating in Madrid

  • Pre-select candidates and confirm their attendance at the event
  • Conduct initial phone interviews
  • Provide on-site support to candidates, Store Managers (SM), and Assistant Store Managers (ASM)
  • Collect post-event feedback and produce detailed reports
  • Contribute to the creation of visual and marketing materials for event communication

 

Support to HRBPs & Data Sharing

  • Provide regular updates on the progress of Q4 recruitment
  • Share relevant data with the local HR team to support decision-making

 

Talent Pool Creation

  • Help build a talent pipeline for future fixed-term and permanent roles
  • Collect referrals from Store Managers through a standardized form
  • Share insights and recommendations with HR and business teams

 

Recruitment

  • Support ongoing in-store recruitment based on priorities
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with scheduling interviews for head office roles
  • Update the tracker for seasonal and permanent hiring

Your Profile

  • Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English (international team)
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using sourcing tools and assessment methods
