Marketplace & Omnichannel – Marketing Internship

At Pandora, we are looking for an intern to provide support to the Marketplace & Omnichannel area. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain experience in a global retail company.

Responsabilities:

Omnichannel

• Weekly performance reports, newsletters, and analytics tools (Power BI, Easypost)
• Training and support for stores on Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and BORIS
• Creation and tracking of tickets to onboard new stores to Click & Collect
• Management of daily incidents reported by stores and the Omni community in Pandora Connect
• Optimization of PUDO and engraving services
• Proposing improvements to the Click & Collect conversion rate and coordinating with the global team to test new Omni functionalities
• Strengthening collaboration between the Sales team and the E‑commerce team

Marketplace

• Weekly performance reports and monthly E‑commerce newsletters
• Monitoring sales and ensuring the proper functioning of integrations, promotions, and stock
• Inventory tracking and coordination with the logistics team for order intake
• Optimization of brand shops and competitor benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities
• Monitoring marketing actions (CRM, banners), brief creation, and management of campaign cycles and promotions
• Stock review and requesting the correct product allocation 

About You:

• Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, etc
• English is a must (Spanish/French/Portuguese is a plus)
• Nice to have: hands-on knowledge with marketplaces
• Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, etc
• Fast environment, confident and willing to become autonomous
• Passionate about ecommerce
