Production Operations & Performance Management
- Lead daily production activities to ensure delivery against productivity, quality, lead time, and cost targets.
- Drive operational KPIs within your responsible area while supporting overall manufacturing performance and business objectives.
- Ensure products and projects are delivered on time, meeting quality standards and operational efficiency expectations.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Serve as a role model on the shop floor by promoting accountability, operational discipline, and best-in-class manufacturing practices.
- Build team capability through coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance development.
- Ensure team members understand and comply with work instructions, production standards, and company policies.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement both immediate corrective actions and sustainable long-term solutions.
- Monitor complex manufacturing operations and machinery to ensure stable and efficient production performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and prevent recurring issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
Production Control & Manufacturing Standards
- Ensure production activities are executed according to approved work instructions (WI), routing, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain strong shop floor visibility and proactively monitor production progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Review production output against plans and take appropriate actions to ensure commitments are achieved.
- Support the effective utilization of people, equipment, and resources to maximize operational performance.
Safety, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, ethical standards, and manufacturing requirements.
- Promote and enforce Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards across the production area.
- Maintain company assets and ensure operational areas operate safely and responsibly.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with internal and external standards, including applicable regulatory requirements.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of production operations and process management.
- At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating operational teams.
- Proven experience in improving production performance and delivering results in productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience working across functions to resolve challenges and drive sustainable improvements.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of shop floor operations and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
