  • Lead new product testing with strong focus on plating processes.

  • Design and optimize hanging, parameters, consumption and plating program for New Product.

  • Supervise and lead team to prepare process guideline and work instruction.

  • Lead and create process flow with concerning stakeholders.

  • Drive on-time delivery of pre-production samples and smooth handover to mass production

  • Ensure plating quality, consistency, and scalability for mass production

  • Troubleshoot issues and implement effective corrective & preventive actions

  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement using data and insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, PEx, Quality) to ensure process stability and success

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Plating / Chemical / Materials)

  • Strong hands-on experience in plating process (electroplating), Preferable Jewelry Product

  • Proven experience in project management for new product or manufacturing

  • Solid understanding of product & manufacturing processes

  • Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause identification

  • Able to analyze losses/issues and implement practical solutions

  • Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and mass production setup

  • Leadership experience or experience in supervising team members

  • Strong communication skills in Thai & English (presentation ready)

  • Able to work cross-functionally with a proactive, logical, and structured mindset
