We love that you will…

  • Identify and assess quality risks from Training Lot and mass production results

  • Review mass‑production quality to spot risks affecting PM / Material / Process

  • Analyze issues and lead structured problem‑solving to drive effective solutions

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Material teams

  • Clearly define problem scope and separate out-of-scope issues

  • Prepare and validate data to support key decisions (Use‑as‑is / Rework / Scrap / Deviation)

  • Develop and track action plans to ensure risks are fully resolved

  • Prepare root‑cause and action reports for customer complaints

  • Lead or support RCA methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)

  • Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions and confirm their effectiveness

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Quality, NPI, or Manufacturing environments

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in jewellery production or related industries

  • Experience in quality improvement and resolving production or process issues using tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root-cause analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create dashboards to support decision-making (Microsoft Office / Power Platform)

  • Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvements
