- Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.
- Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
- Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities.
- Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal requirements.
- Support engineering improvement projects and energy-saving initiatives.
- Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and maintenance history records.
- Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.
