Payroll Processing Support

  • Support the preparation and processing of payroll accurately and within established timelines.
  • Verify payroll inputs including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and leave records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Process payroll adjustments and corrections in accordance with established procedures and approval requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure complete and accurate payroll data.

Compliance & Statutory Administration

  • Ensure payroll transactions comply with applicable tax regulations, Social Security Office (SSO) requirements, Provident Fund (PVD) regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and required documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of payroll-related regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Prepare payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with payroll costing analysis and General Ledger (GL) reconciliation processes.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc payroll reports to support management decision-making and business operations.

Employee Support & Payroll Services

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication regarding payroll matters and employee concerns.

Process Improvement & System Support

  • Support payroll process improvements, standardization initiatives, and documentation updates.
  • Perform routine payroll data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll systems and supporting efficient payroll operations.

Audit & Internal Controls

  • Support internal and external payroll audit activities by preparing required information and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and payroll governance standards.
  • Identify potential risks and support corrective actions to strengthen payroll accuracy and compliance.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll operations, HR services, HR shared services, or HRIS data management.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll administration, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Familiar with Social Security Office (SSO), Provident Fund (PVD), personal income tax, and labor-related regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of payroll reconciliation, reporting, and internal control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications related to Payroll, HR, or Accounting would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Thai.
