Pandora is seeking a PR & Influence Manager France to lead its PR, Influence and Advocacy agenda and support the brand’s transformation in France. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director Western Europe, this role will shape and execute the local PR & Influence strategy through creators, media relations, cultural partnerships and experiences. You will lead a team of two PR & Influence specialists, manage agency partners and collaborate closely with Brand, Media, Retail, CRM and Global teams.
 
Your Mission
  • Lead PR & Influence strategy: Define, challenge and continuously evolve the PR, Influence and Advocacy roadmap for France, aligned with Pandora’s brand ambitions and business priorities.
  • Build influence & advocacy: Develop a strong ecosystem of creators, advocates, media and cultural partners. Identify emerging voices, formats and platforms, including TikTok, to keep Pandora relevant and part of the conversation.
  • Shape the narrative: Turn Pandora’s brand and product stories into compelling local narratives that create emotional connection and earned attention.
  • Create impactful events: Lead press, influencer, talent and community activations that bring Pandora’s world to life and generate impact beyond the moment itself.
  • Challenge & connect the dots: Bring fresh thinking, challenge established ways of working and look beyond the traditional PR & Influence playbook. Work closely with Brand, Media, Retail, CRM and other teams to spot opportunities and amplify ideas.
  • Build strong relationships: Develop long-term relationships with key journalists, creators, talents and cultural connectors, while continuously identifying the voices shaping what comes next.
  • Lead agencies & investment: Manage agency partners and the PR & Influence budget with clear strategic direction, strong creative ambition and a focus on effectiveness.
  • Lead & develop the team: Inspire and develop a team of two PR & Influence specialists, fostering creativity, curiosity, accountability and growth.
 
Who You Are
  • A seasoned PR & Influence professional with 10+ years of experience across PR, influencer marketing, advocacy and brand communications, ideally within fashion, luxury, beauty or culturally relevant consumer brands.
  • Deeply connected to the French creator and media landscape, with strong relationships and an instinct for emerging voices, communities and cultural shifts.
  • A creative challenger who questions conventions, experiments with new approaches and is comfortable pushing beyond established PR & Influence models.
  • An ecosystem thinker who is an expert in their field but naturally looks beyond it, connecting with Brand, Media, Retail, CRM and other disciplines to unlock greater impact.
  • Strategic and analytical, able to connect PR & Influence activity to brand and business outcomes and continuously improve effectiveness.
  • An inspiring and collaborative leader, able to develop talent and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
