Then you might be our new Visual Merchandising & Trade Manager !  

  

For this role, we are looking for an excellent team leader with great abilities in product styling, ideally in jewellery. You will head up our Visual Merchandising (VM) team which is a part of the Western Europe VM team. 

 

The key responsibilities of the VM team are:  

  

  • Develop and adapt seasonal and commercial Visual Merchandising strategies, guidelines, and best practices for the market, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.  

  • Drive and monitor the execution of VM strategies, campaigns, and store standards across all stores through regular store visits, coaching, and remote support.  

  • Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new VM concepts, store formats, and merchandising initiatives within the French region, providing feedback to global and regional stakeholders.  

  • Lead the execution of key commercial campaigns, window displays, and in-store activations across France, ensuring consistency, excellence, and strong customer engagement.  

  • Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to optimize product presentation, enhance the customer experience, and maximize sales performance.  

  • Deliver VM training and coaching to store teams, ensuring a high level of visual merchandising capability and brand execution throughout the region.  

  • Monitoring Trade and VM costs against the allocated budget, with monthly reviews and close collaboration with the Finance team. 

  

 

The VM team consists of 3 VM Specialists with varying specialities. As the manager of this team, your role is to make sure each member has a good understanding of where the brand is going and how you see them being part of the journey, and a proud contributor to Pandora’s success.  

 

  

In addition to the above, your key accountabilities as the VM Manager will be to:  

  

  • Develop, inspire, encourage and reward each team member, setting goals and measuring progress  

  • Create, administrate and organize meetings and walkthroughs with varying levels of management  

  • Establish a close collaboration with Merchandising and align with them on the key commercial drivers and stories to tell for each campaign  

  • Partner with Retail Excellence to coordinate the pilot and roll out phases of new concepts and to define the associated KPIs and ways to measure them  

  • Follow up on campaign implementations in the markets from initial plan to final execution in order to promote consistency

You have a structured work style, an outgoing personality and the ability to generate conceptual ideas and share these with leaders at all levels.   

  

  

Also, we hope to see:   

 

  • Minimum 7 years Retail experience in VM  

  • Managerial experience of at least 3 persons  

  • Experience in Jewellery and/or Fashion apparel, in high profile retail brands with focus on Premium execution  

  • Strong product styling ability with focus on commerciality  

  • Experience in developing and adapting comprehensive VM guidelines  

  • International experience working in a global organisation  

  • Good understanding of the consumer journey and retail (sales) operations in store  

  • Fluent in English – both speaking and writing
