Job Context 

Reporting to the France E-Commerce D2C Specialist, you will support the day-to-day execution and commercial activities of Pandora's France e-commerce business. 

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across digital trading, content management, campaign execution, reporting, customer experience, and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the France E-Commerce Specialist and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Retail, Supply, and Global teams to support the successful execution of Pandora's online business. 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of e-commerce within a fast-paced, international, and commercially driven environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Your responsibilities are structured around six main areas: 

1. Support the day-to-day management of the France e-commerce site 

  • Support homepage updates, content changes, and landing page creation. 

  • Assist with onsite merchandising updates and product visibility checks. 

  • Help ensure the France site remains accurate, brand-compliant, and commercially relevant. 

  • Support the execution of local and global content updates. 

 

2. Support campaign launches and key commercial activations 

  • Assist in the execution of product launches, gifting moments, promotional activations, and key trading periods such as Mother's Day, Black Friday, Cyber Week, Valentine's Day, and Christmas. 

  • Support campaign setup and launch readiness checks. 

  • Help coordinate assets, timelines, and execution requirements. 

  • Participate in launch reviews and implementation follow-up. 

 

3. Support site quality assurance and customer experience 

  • Perform routine site checks and QA reviews. 

  • Identify content issues, broken links, missed updates, customer journey issues, and merchandising inconsistencies. 

  • Escalate findings and track resolution. 

  • Support initiatives to improve the customer experience and site usability. 

 

4. Support e-commerce reporting and performance monitoring 

  • Assist with the preparation of weekly trading reports and dashboards. 

  • Help monitor key e-commerce KPIs including Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ASP, and customer behaviours. 

  • Support competitor monitoring and market intelligence activities. 

  • Contribute to the preparation of business reviews and performance updates. 

 

5. Support stakeholder coordination and project management 

  • Help coordinate activities across Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Retail, Supply, and Global teams. 

  • Track actions, deadlines, and project milestones. 

  • Support asset collection, campaign coordination, and operational follow-up. 

  • Assist in maintaining project trackers and documentation. 

 

6. Contribute to continuous improvement 

  • Identify opportunities to improve site execution, customer experience, and operational efficiency. 

  • Share ideas based on competitor monitoring and industry trends. 

  • Support testing, learning, and optimisation initiatives. 

  • Contribute to team projects and ad hoc business needs. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field. 

  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital business, retail, and customer experience. 

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools. 

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding business performance and customer behaviour. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Fluent in French and English.
