About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Main purpose of the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, production material issuance, SFG/FG handling, scrap handling, outbound preparation, and warehouse service delivery. The role ensures warehouse activities are executed safely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with SOP, SHE, quality, inventory, and system transaction requirements.
This role leads Warehouse Team Leaders and operators, drives daily performance, resolves operational issues, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and develops people capability to improve safety, accuracy, productivity, and service level.
Key accountabilities
• Supervise daily warehouse activities and allocate resources to meet operational priorities, production demand, and service level requirements.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, issuance, internal transfer, SFG/FG handling, scrap handling, and outbound preparation.
• Ensure Warehouse Team Leaders and operators follow SOPs, work instructions, safety rules, FIFO/FEFO, chemical handling requirements, and 5S standards.
Inventory Control and System Governance:
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling quantity, location, batch, HU, labeling, traceability, and warehouse document discipline.
• Monitor pending SAP/EWM/ERP transactions, ensure timely closure, and escalate unresolved issues to Warehouse Manager or relevant functions.
• Lead cycle count execution, stock reconciliation, variance investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Compliance, Safety, and Risk Control:
• Ensure warehouse areas, storage conditions, MHE usage, chemical handling, housekeeping, and material segregation comply with company standards.
• Identify and escalate operational risks, safety issues, damaged goods, blocked stock, expired materials, system errors, and abnormal workload.
People Management and Cross-functional Coordination:
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Team Leaders and operators to improve discipline, accuracy, productivity, and accountability.
• Manage onboarding, OJT, training matrix, backup planning, attendance follow-up, and manpower readiness.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, SHE, Security, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service level.
Job requirement
• College degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, production material handling, inventory control, or similar operational environment.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising team leaders or operators, managing workload, performance, training, and daily issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, SAP/EWM/ERP discipline, labeling, traceability, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, safety, and chemical handling requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/EWM/ERP warehouse monitoring, transaction follow-up, and issue escalation is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in audit preparation, KPI follow-up, root cause analysis, and corrective action management is an advantage.
