About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Main purpose of the role:
Ensure Product Master Data is available across value chain in the right quality and time. By preparation readiness master data for new products and maintain master data for existing products.
Key accountabilities:
• Preparation readiness master data on time for each testing phase by refer milestone.
• Record & revise master data on testing phase (SOVD) by referring to ICC for BOM part and product engineering confirm information for routing part in the right quality and time.
• Aware and alert for timeline and event for effect to testing phase and mass production timeline in portion of Product Master Data.
• Problem Solving and feedback ideas and preventive solution to Master Data Organization in defining data quality and simplify way of working.
• Represent Pre-Production to participate cross functional data management and governance model.
• Document and maintain business definition and processes.
• Analysis and improvement for finding the better way of working to shorten lead time and corrective information. Moreover, to find a preventive way for preventing information mistake.
• Manage the changes to data processes to ensure alignment with change on core business processes.
• Monitoring and editing ECRN support production team once have change.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue across business functions and stakeholders.
• Archive MDM data preparation correct & on plan.
Job requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
• In-depth experience in ERP or MOM processes – Master Data Management
• Operational business experience, ideally in business process design and implementation
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ME or SAP Digital Manufacturing platforms will be an advantage
• Well structured, good analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong process-orientation including ability to define, analyse and document business processes
• Exhibit strong self-initiative, problem solving, decision making, and multi-tasking skills in a fast- paced environment to continuously create efficiencies through creativity, experimentation, and ideation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Stakeholders management skills
