About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Key accountabilities:
• Key objectives:
o Oversee Health & Industrial Hygiene related-programs across factory to ensure occupational health and safety of all employees align with Global C&S strategy and compliance with law and requirements
o Ensure that continuous improvement of Health & Industrial Hygiene management system to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
• Key duties:
Health & IH strategic direction
o Support Health & Industrial Hygiene KPIs aligning with 5 years HSE strategy including 3 years HSE improvement plan in accordance with Global strategy, and Together Towards Zero roadmap
Define Health & IH standards and manuals
o Develop Health & Industrial Hygiene standards, policies and procedures aligned with local regulations, ISOand other global strategy
o Prepare Terms of Reference and standards for annual health checks, Health Operation Services, Industrial hygiene, ergonomic, radiation programs, and other related HSE programs.
Operate and execute
o Coordinate with Local Health & Industrial Hygiene to ensure consistency of Health & Industrial Hygiene policy implementation and adherence to roadmap
o Consultable for all Health & IH Local implementation tasks
o Develop, Monitor and control yearly plans for Health, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, drinking water analysis and Radiation management.
o Monitor and continuous improvement of Health+ system to comply with applicable laws and regulations
o Provide and monitor effective occupational health, non-communicable diseases related to occupational health but not limited to ergonomics programs, medical examinations with record keeping and reported under PDPA as required for employees and service providers as requested
o Ensure compliance to Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene according to Local Laws, ISO requirement and regulations across all sites
o Coordinate with Government agencies on legal reporting requirements, certification applications, Pandora site visit as required
o Achieve external Health & Industrial Hygiene awards
o Execute IH measurements, walkthrough surveys, and maintain the Industrial Hygiene Parameter Matrix.
o Run health promotion, disease prevention, and vaccination programs; calibrate medical equipment.
o Evaluate working conditions for employees with disabilities
Drive continuous improvements
o Ensure learnings from past implementations are incorporated into future programs and policies
o Coordinate with HSE Local on Health & Industrial Hygiene improvement management program to reduce occupational health risks of all employees and to engage employees into HSE programs such as mental health promotion, HSE Talks
o Develop Health & Industrial Hygiene initiatives projects to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
o Monitor and analyze Health & Industrial Hygiene KPIs and provide consultation to the lacal team for improvement
o Monitor, analyze, and interpret Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics data; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
o Develop and deliver training programs including but not limited to: Pregnancy Training Program, First Aid & Basic Life Support, Hearing Loss Conservation Program, Occupational Health & Disease awareness, and Radiation Safety.
o Investigate occupational health incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety roles
- Strong knowledge of occupational health laws and management systems
- Familiar with ISO 45001 and HSE standards
- Experience in supervising and consulting on occupational health practices
- Ability to solve complex business and safety-related problems
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering sustainable results
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance trade-offs
- Leadership capability with experience in managing and developing teams
- Effective stakeholder management, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD
