About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

 

Main purpose of the role

A key role operation of the standard time management processes, support on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze time-related data, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall success of operational processes.

 

Key accountabilities

Process Development:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within time management processes.
• Implement changes and enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate and collaborate with supervisor and manager of each section to participate and support project to meet milestone activities.
• Coordinated with data governance team to maintaining data in SAP.
• Help other teams to identify and support any issue regarding to standard time.

Compliance Management:
• Operate adherence to industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to time management.
• Support regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of time-related data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.

Data Collecting & Documentation
• Support capturing time and preparing time sheet study for standard time recording data.
• Gather, analyse, and maintain accurate time-related data for projects or special assignment from management and deliver result on time.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability through regular audits and verification processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of time-related information.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for time management processes.

 

 

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing business.
• Experience in standard time creation or jewelry industry is a plus
• Experience data analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with time tracking software and tools (Time study, Motion study, SAP, DynamicAX2012, ERPs FlexPLM)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
