About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

 

Key objectives:

In this role, to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the production team by coordinating materials, maintaining systems and assets, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and facilitating effective communication across departments — all to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production processes aligned with the company’s goals. 

 

Key duties:

• Receive/return consumable parts and supply material including chemical from/to store or purchase parts based on production plan by considering cost per unit.
• Check, record and control production assets to support production plan.
• Work with a related production department team to get information and resource to support production plan.

• Record data in the company’s system according to responsible task.
• Control and ensure ISO documents are corrected and updated in responsible areas.
• Execute daily tasks with highest safety mindset and practices.
• Ensure production processes such as WI are used for production.
• Report any issue found during production and alert team leader to resolve issue quickly and always develop and learn new things.
• Ensure all company’s assets are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
• Support Team Leader, Group Leader and Supervisor controller in any assignments and provide information/suggestion about corporate welfare and benefits.
• Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, EPE, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
• Request, check, and adjust information in HRMS for all employees in responsible areas.

 

Key duties:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• At least 1 year of experience in planning or management

• Proficient English skills

• Good commands for computing skills
