About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Key objectives:

To develop and sustain manufacturing capability that supports product development and industrialization. This includes defining product specifications, assembly methods, and translating them into robust production processes in Vietnam. The role ensures optimized processes that meet design requirements, achieve quality standards, minimize cost, and deliver on time, while maintaining alignment with customer needs and collaborating with OEM suppliers on technical aspects.

Key duties:

• Product Development Support
Collaborate with Product Engineering team in Thailand to define product specifications, tolerances, and assembly methods.
Ensure manufacturability through DFM/DFA principles and feasibility analysis.

• Process Translation & Industrialization
Convert product specifications into detailed production processes for Vietnam manufacturing.
Develop process flow, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), control plans, and work instructions to ensure consistent quality.

• Process Optimization
Continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet design intent, reduce cost, and enhance efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing and cost-down initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.

• Quality & Compliance
Maintain product specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor process capability (Cp/Cpk), implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and drive corrective actions for deviations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sourcing, quality, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launch and ramp-up.
Support supplier development and technical problem-solving across Thailand and Vietnam sites.

• OEM Supplier Technical Interface
Act as the primary technical liaison with OEM suppliers to ensure alignment on product specifications, assembly methods, and quality requirements.
Review and approve supplier process capability, tooling, and validation plans.
Support OEM in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering changes.

• Customer Focus
Ensure product performance and reliability meet customer expectations.
Act as technical liaison for customer feedback and incorporate improvements into design and process.

• Change Management
Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and maintain accurate documentation in PLM systems.
Train production teams on updated specifications and processes.

• Team Management/Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of product engineers, process engineers and other professionals involved in product development to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality product development.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Jewelry design or related field

At least 3 years experiences in Jewelry Product Development, Jewelry Manufacturing or Project Management.

At least 3 years experiences in Management level (Jewelry industry is preferred)

Product development experience.
