About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role:
To supervise and guide subordinates within the assigned area to ensure alignment with factory objectives and adherence to production rules and regulations.
Key accountabilities:
- Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
- Execute as plan by following of procedures and WIs that registered in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/ department, prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation when necessary.
- Analyze of concern issue, create short term actions that are flexible & efficient and find the long term actions to prevent the repeated issue.
- Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimize costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
- Ensure raw materials, consumables, tooling & equipments … available with optimized quantity to ensure production continuation.
- Optimize investment mixing, flask preparation, burnout, casting, cleaning, cutting production process continuosly to contribute to department target.
- Daily Go to Gemba with high frequency to clearly visualize the progress and problem of production situation and quickly report Supervisor when there are changes.
- Report daily production output with supporting from MES in responsible areas to discuss the achieved quantity compared to target, do neccessary analysis on the spot, and follow up to re-assure the execution is accomplished as plan.
- Ensure manufacturing processes such as WIs and routing to align with production plan and procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations.
- Able to share ideas proactively, recommend solutions and support continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct production process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce defects.
- Work closely with the quality team to resolve non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Be role model and mentor team toward best-in-class practice to develop their competencies and attitude.
- Provide technical guidance to production teams for troubleshooting issue, train team leaders and members on lean production and best practices.
- Execute assignment and project as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
- Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time and consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
- Control and enforce environment, health and Safety in manufacturing at all time.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations for hazardous chemicals.
- Maintain Safety Data Sheets and ensure proper chemical storage/ handling and implement best practices for waste treatment and pollution control.
- Maintain good network with Pandora Production Thailand to ensure best practice sharing and implementation among plants.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as production leader role in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of production techniques (Jewelry manufacturing preferred but not required).
- Understanding of process control and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Certifications (preferred): ISO 9001/14001, or related industry certifications.
- Able to work under pressure of time limitation and high accuracy.
- Must be a meticulous person.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
