About Pandora Vietnam Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role

The Onsite Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of an organization's IT computer systems and infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, the specialist supports the IT onsite manager in planning, organizing, leading, and managing the onsite support team. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and meet the company's needs. The role is integral to maintaining the health and availability of all IT services and supporting continuous improvement projects under the IT onsite manager’s supervision.

Key Objectives

  • Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the team and end users, analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and resolving the IT Hardware and Software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Assists IT onsite manager to Plan, Organize, Lead, and Control IT onsite support team to ensure that the company core infrastructure, networking, computer systems, and other IT services are healthy, available, sufficient, and secure.
  • Manages development, implementation, installation, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and supporting of all IT systems, Infrastructure, computer systems, etc., and improvement projects under supervision of IT onsite manager.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of IT support and service experience
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, active directory, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of various Windows Operating Systems, Computers and IT related hardware, autopilot and MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  • Working experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide spectrum of workstations and peripheral devices, audio-visual equipment and application services.
  • Working experience in ITIL and ITSM
  • MCP, MCSE, MCSA, or any related professional certification is a plus
