Drive the successful delivery of retail operations projects across Northern Europe, ensuring initiatives are seamlessly executed from concept to full business integration.
In this role, you will enable store teams to focus on what matters most – the customer – by simplifying processes, improving operational efficiency and bringing structure to complex projects.
With a strong focus on store network projects (openings, relocations, refits and closures) and key retail events, you will play a key role in enhancing store performance and supporting commercial success across the region.

Store Opening & Network Project Management
- Act as the central coordination point on all store network projects (new store openings, relocations, refits and closures) for HQ departments and field teams
- Own end-to-end delivery of store projects, ensuring alignment across all cross-functional stakeholders (Retail Ops, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, Real Estate, D&T)
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, dependencies and communication to ensure seamless execution of all network projects
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve risks and blockers to ensure on-time delivery
Project Management & Rollout of Retail Initiatives
- Own the full lifecycle of retail projects from scoping to BAU handover, ensuring clear structure and delivery discipline
- Deliver initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification and increased customer-facing time in stores
- Translate commercial priorities into practical, store-ready solutions in close collaboration with Sales Operations and field teams
Event Management & Leadership Engagement
- Own and deliver key retail events (Annual Sales Summit, Virtual Sales Conferences) end-to-end
- Coordinate content, logistics and stakeholder inputs to ensure high-quality execution and engagement
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management or consulting, ideally within an international environment
- Educational background in business, economics, project management or in a similar field
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders in a structured and results-driven way
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- High level of ownership, proactivity and problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial and analytical mindset, able to translate insights into actionable improvements
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Openness to travel max. 20 days/year
