At Pandora, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Loss Prevention Specialist to join our Northern Europe headquarter in Hamburg. In this role, you will help protect our business by preventing shrinkage, fraud and other loss-related risks across stores and operations, while playing a key role in stock accuracy and stock-taking processes.

This role plays an important part in safeguarding store operations, improving process compliance and supporting a secure and efficient retail environment across Northern Europe.

Inventory & Audit Management

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on inventories, including periodic and ad-hoc stock-takes
  • Analyse inventory results as well as cash-differences, identify root causes and define targeted corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with inventory and cash-handling process requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors before, during and after balance-sheet relevant inventory counts

Risk Analysis & Loss Prevention Measures

  • Develop and implement measures to reduce shrinkage, fraudulent activity and stock-related losses
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular risk analyses and review processes to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen controls
  • Create meaningful reports and KPIs to support informed decision-making and create impactful process guidelines

Business Partnering & Functional Support

  • Support process changes and new business models from a loss prevention perspective
  • Deliver loss prevention training and awareness measures for relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Field Managers and store teams to strengthen controls and drive sustainable improvements

WE DREAM – This is what we dream of:

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in an international and fast-paced organisation; experience in retail or a global consumer brand is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex or fragmented data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing process standards and action plans, ideally in a sales or retail environment
  • A structured, detail-oriented and highly self-organised way of working, combined with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
  • A high level of integrity, trustworthiness and objectivity, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different stakeholders
  • A curious and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect the dots across systems, processes and data points
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic international environment and builds strong cross-functional relationships

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar platforms
  • Experience with POS environments and exposure to security or surveillance systems such as CCTV or EMA solutions is an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Additional language skills, especially German, French, or Dutch, are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for up to 40 days per year
