For our Head Office Northern Europe in Hamburg, we are looking for a Specialist, Commercial Finance. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across Pandora's Northern Europe Cluster. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets, you will transform data into insights that support business decisions and drive commercial performance while developing your expertise in Commercial Finance.
WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
- Support weekly and monthly performance reporting across the Northern Europe Cluster, focusing on sales, profitability, and key commercial KPIs
- Analyse business results and prepare insightful reporting and dashboards to identify trends, risks, opportunities and support decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes while ensuring transparent financial steering and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI to support performance tracking and decision-making
- Support business case development, scenario analyses, and ad hoc financial evaluations
- Collaborate closely with market, cluster, and global finance teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Contributing to strategic projects, such as new sales channels, product categories, investments, or market expansion initiatives
- Support commercial and finance projects, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, and performance initiatives
- Promote the sharing of best practices across local and global finance teams
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Business Analytics, or a similar finance role
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Fashion, or another fast-paced commercial environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, financial reporting tools, data visualization, or EPM is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment
- Collaborative team player with an international mindset and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
